As a customer of ulster bank in monaghan town for 5yrs+ i have found them to be the very arrogant and this comes from management down. you dont get any service what so ever, i could disclose so much about some of the staff and the corruption that is going on in the bank (aiding and abeting the diesal smugglers)

After proving to my bank that repaying capital and intrest on my loan would bankrupt me in 6 months they backed down and kept me on intrest and capital for the next year until I sort my finances out - but it was hard work so keep fighting the fight.

I asked my bank to restructure a loan term to reduce my monthly payments, so they offered to increase the term by 1 year and increase the interest rate 3 fold so if I accept I will end up paying twice what I am now- Thanks a mill
